Your logo or design in ai, eps, pdf, jpeg, bmp, dxf, tif & gif. 300dpi is the minimum for print but embroidery can be lower.
The style numbers or names of the apparel you'd like (from our website).
Please add a contact phone number as most often, a conversation can get to the heart of your needs in Step 2.
Michael will call or email to discuss. This step is the most involving as we present you with a few options. If you're able to visit, things can usually be sorted out on the day.
You've approved the order and once we've received your deposit, we'll get started.
The embroidery setup usually takes a day or two and print a day or two more. These proof images will be emailed for your approval before we proceed.
The items to decorate will have arrived and will take a week to 10 days to complete from proof approval. We have completed hundreds and thousands of orders well inside this timeframe so please do not hesitate to inquire about your order.
Once the final balance has been settled, your order is ready for pick up or dispatch. We use Australia Post and Fastway couriers for national & local deliveries.
As above but the completion time is between 3 - 16 weeks depending on the item and time of year.
If you're in a hurry or have a specific deadline not too far away, we can accommodate your request. There are no extra charges apart from freight if needed.
Sometimes certain items are temporarily out of stock. We can either backorder those for you or supply a similar style in something else.
